This document- which was available for access on the State of New Jersey website- gives a clear understanding to what bullying is and what consists of behaviors that are bullying behaviors. Although this does entire document does not apply to the California's state standards, it was a clear explanation to what bullying is and can be used to introduce the topic of up standers in a curriculum.

This activity can help students be encourage to be aware and strengthen against bullying in school. The petition will give teens a voice and feel empower they can standing up for something important.
On this site Detective Sgt Thomas Rich, contributed to the development of the STOPit App (a bullying app where the student can report bullying), shares some tips to teens on how to prevent bullying online. These tips range from keeping personal info private, posting PG pictures, thinking before posting anything online, and to not become a cyberbully yourself.
The CNN article written by Elizabeth Landau, has everything you need to know about cyberbullying. There is a section where she writes about how one can report cyberbullying. She begins by giving examples and explaining how cyberbullying wasn’t taken seriously back then, but now with the technology change, it has become more serious. A website titles WeStopHate.org is a nonprofit organization where victims of bullying can share their stories.

This picture book written by Tracy Ludwig and illustrated by Patrice Barton, is the perfect opening for discussing types of cyberbullying- and the topic of exclusion. In this book, it introduces Brian, who struggles to find his place in the classroom. Based on the courage and upstanding by another studrnt, Brian ends up findings his place and changes his life. its the perfect opportunity to introduce this to the children and will further enhance a discussion on hoe to avoid exclusion. Not just in the phyiscal school setting, but also in the Internet setting.
Dr. Michael Nuccitelli is a licensed psychologist in New York State who indicates the different types of Cyber bullying that are currently happening in 2015. It may not be all types of cyber bully, but he mentions some, well 42, and how they are different. An example he mentions is "Trolling" which people do do many times. It can be a friend of yours or strangers of course that causes trolling. That was one of the 42 types of Cyber bullying that he mentions in his text.

The site gives activities for teens, school, and parents to do together against bullying. By creating a unity chain with messages on each chain explaining what makes them proud or like of themselves or others.

In the website titled stopbullying.gov articulates the steps one can take to document and report cyberbullying behavior. The first step when being a victim of cyber bullying is to not respond to the messages, instead record the evidence by saving screenshots should later be reported to web and cell phone providers. One must also block the person who is cyberbullying them. In order to report cyberbullying to online service providers one must; review their terms and conditions, learn how to block users, and report it so they can take action. Then one must report cyberbullying to law enforcement if there is any threats of violence, child pornography, pictures or videos of someone when they expect privacy, or stalking and hate crimes. Finally victims of cyberbullying should report cyberbullying to schools, for it can disrupt their environment. Schools then address it to their anti-bullying policy, some schools even take charge of adverse behavior that occurs off campus as well.

In Rogers book about Cyber bullying demonstrates what types of tactics and examples cyber bullying has, what effects it can cause on other people, and activities on how to prevent cyber bullying. This does mainly focuses on young children, specifically focusing on the ages 12-14 that are maybe in middle school. The activities or drills that the book provides are awareness for cyber bullying. They also provide education about cyber bullying to help young teens or kid how to deal with cyber bullying.
This site provides different tips for both teens and parents to prevent and even end cyberbullying. Some tips include not retaliating against the offender and keeping any and all evidence of bullying. For parents some tips include listening to your child and being there for them to help them out.

This pagination on this Conflict Resolution manual included a detailed description of the levels of physical, emotional, and social bullying behavior. It divided the type of bullying into three levels. The first being the level where most administration, parents, teachers and peers may notice but don't take any action towards. Level two on the bullying chart included the types of behavior that may be against the law depending on the state standards and/or school tolerance. Level three explains the behaviors that are most definitely against the law. All of the levels in the different categories are separated into verbal/nonverbal actions. This chart is very helpful towards making a curriculum because it is easy to differentiate which is more inappropriate than another and how you should take action.
